drink technology + PET India 2007
29. - 30. November 2007 Grand Hyatt Hotel, Mumbai, India drinktec is off to India! Together with the trade association of manufacturers of food and packaging machinery confederated with the VDMA, and publishers PETplanet, this world fair for beverages and liquid-food technology is putting on a congress in Mumbai. Called ‘drink technology + PET India’ the event is to be held on 29 and 30 November 2007 in the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The new congress consists of two main pillars – a symposium and a number of workshops. The high-calibre symposium is aimed primarily at the top management level (board members, managing directors) of companies. The speakers are composed of independent experts from research establishments and representatives from the drinks manufacturers. As well as market data and trends the symposium will be focusing mainly on the strategic orientation of companies, and research, development and innovations in the various areas of beverages and liquid food technology. The workshops are addressed more towards upper and middle management (development engineers, project managers, marketing managers, etc.). The emphasis is on themes to do with the manufacture, filling and packaging of drinks and liquid food. The lecturers, representatives from supplying companies, will be spotlighting current technological developments, illustrated with case studies and experience reports. For suppliers, there is also the possibility of putting on a presentation in the ‘Presentation Area’ at the congress. Whether symposium, workshop or Presentation Area – the drink technology + PET India Congress addresses the entire beverages industry: fillers of soft drinks, water, fruit juice, beer and milk products, and the manufacturers of machinery and plant for the beverages and liquid food industry; aseptic systems; process technology and process automation; packaging technology; packaging materials incl.
